If you encounter this error, double check the following:
- The latest version of your browser is installed
- The latest version of Adobe Flash is installed*
- Your browser can decode H.264 video
*Flash is only required in situations where the HTML5 player is not supported.
Note: There are versions of Windows 10 that do not come with codecs pre-installed. Try downloading the media packages here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231
